1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Emirates HRM, operated by Netilligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Use of the Platform

Emirates HRM is a cloud-based HR and payroll management platform designed for businesses operating in the UAE. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

  • You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must ensure all data entered into the platform is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@emirateshrm.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Emirates HRM — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Netilligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Emirates HRM, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Netilligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Emirates HRM. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Emirates HRM at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
